This 4 session group life coaching experience draws from various coaching disciplines (cognitive, IFS, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment, and more) to journey inward. Learn lifelong skills to uncover what really matters, shift stuck patterns, make more confident decisions, and celebrate the fullness of an authentic life!

The Winter Group will meet in Lambertville, NJ at AmpersandMade. Sessions will take place on 4 Tuesdays - Dec 16, Jan 20, Feb 17, and Mar 17 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The cost is $220 for 4 sessions with a 10% early bird discount applied for registration before Dec 2. Drop in is $65 per session. Space is limited and drop in may not be available.
